In the north, Nigeria experiences any of the long rains, intensifying climate change, then the rainy season, leading to strong flooding in the short period of moisture.

In Nigeria in the city of Mokva, located in the northern part of the country, there is a large flood, as a result of which at least 115 people died. On Friday, May 30, CNN and Al Jazeera reported.

“So far we have found the bodies of 115 people, and expect that even more to be found, because the flood was washed by people on the Niger River. They still found the body back downstream,” said Niger Husseini emergency agency.

He added that “many people are still in danger,” because the rescue work continues.

The agency for removing the consequences of the Epiphany of the West Africa Country (NEMA) previously said the flood was struck by the CPEGE area in Mokva this morning on Thursday, “when the inhabitants were primarily asleep.”

According to local officials, the situation was exacerbated by a dam success in the neighboring city.

The Niger government said the “deadly flood” destroyed two communities in the city “after many hours of heavy rains”, which led to “loss of many lives” and “flooding buildings.”

Mokva is an important city in which farmers from North Nigeria sell their goods to merchants from the south.

Earlier it was reported that a catastrophic tornado had infiltrated the United States: there were dead and victims.

In Nigeria, militants armed with AK-47 assault rifles steal more than 30 people from the railroad station in the southern state of EDO.
