The American Corporation Microsoft finally comes from the Russian Federation.

Giant Microsoft RUS LLC is preparing to apply for bankruptcy in the Moscow Arbitration Court. Gazprombank is the main lender. The reason for the appeal in the court was a lawsuit against Gazprombank to reimburse 90.9 million rubles with a technical support contract, which operated from September 2021 to September 2022. This was reported by Moscow Times.

It is noted that the financial institution accuses Microsoft Rus of inability to fulfill obligations, although the payment was completely received.

In April of this year, the court partially satisfied the lawsuit and decided to recover from the company about 949 thousand dollars, including non -basic enrichment and interest. In addition, interest will be accrued before debt repayment.

It is known that Microsoft began to reduce the presence in the Russian Federation after the start of a full -scale invasion of the country of the aggressor in Ukraine. Legally, the techno -giant remained in Russia until the end of 2024. And in 2025, 13 branches of the company in different cities were closed.

Recall that in February 2025, the American company Apple closed access to the platform for creating corporate applications ADEP, which allows companies to develop programs for the iOS operating system and distribute them for their employees without publication in the App Store.
