The draft of the new peace agreement on stopping the gas sector contains a clear schedule of exchange of hostages and the conditions of further communication between the parties.

The DRAFT plan of the US president’s special representative for the Middle East of Steve Witkoff has been published about the ceasefire in the gas sector and the hostage’s release agreement between Israel and Hamas. This was reported by The Times of Israel.

It was noted that the document was moved to Hamas for approval on May 29. The reliability of the text was confirmed by two publications sources familiar with the course of negotiations.

Frame plan for negotiations with the conclusion of an agreement on continuing caution

  • Duration: The ceasefire within 60 days. President Trump guarantees Israel of ceasefire during the agreed time;

  • Hostage release: 10 Israeli Living Hostages and 18 Dead Hostages from List 58 will be released in two stages – on the first and seventh days. Half (5 living and 9 dead) were released on the first day of the agreement, the other half on the seventh day.

During the ceasefire regime, aviation (military and intelligence) activity in the sector will stop daily by 10 hours, or 12 hours in the days when hostages and prisoners are exchanged.

  • Review IDF:

a) On the first day, after the release of Israeli hostages (5 living and 9 died), relocation in the northern part of the gas sector and the Netzarat corridor according to Article 3 of human aid and based on cards that are in place;

b) on the seventh day, after the release of hostages (5 lives and 9 dead), relocation in the southern part of the gas sector in accordance with Article 3 of humanitarian aid and based on coordinated cards;

c) Technical groups will determine the final relocation boundaries during negotiations in the “estimated dialogue” format.

  • Negotiations: On the first day, negotiations will begin under the auspice of mediators guarantee the required agreement to achieve continuous ceasefire, including:

a) the conditions and criteria for the exchange of the remaining Israeli hostages for the agreed number of Palestinian prisoners in the prisons of Israel;

b) issues related to relocation and removal of Israeli forces and long -term gas security agreements;

c) “Post -war Settlement” agreements on gas that can be raised by any of the parties;

D) an announcement of a constant stop -tightening.

  • Donald Trump’s support: The President is seriously configured by the parties to comply with the ceasefire agreement and assert that negotiations during a temporary stop, if they have completed a successful agreement, will lead to the final negotiation of the conflict.

  • The release of Palestinian prisoners: in exchange for the release of 10 living Israeli hostages, according to the terms of the first stage of the Agreement on January 19, 2025, Israel will release 125 prisoners who have been punished in life in prison, and 1111 detained Palestinians from Gaza after October 7, 2023.
