Two Russian oligarchs, the allies of Vladimir Putin – Sergey Chemezov and Vasily Brovko – paid a huge amount of American law firm for lobbying for eliminating the United States’s personal penalties. Both oligarchs are under penalties for supporting the Russian Federation aggression against Ukraine, but they are relatively legally using the services of lawyers thanks to the “loophole”, which, according to experts, is entering the “color -abo” legal zone.
