Petro Poroshenko, the fifth president of Ukraine and the leader of the “Solidarity of the Euro”, presented a new monitoring ground robotic platform, which was equipped with the capabilities of counteraction complexes (PDTR).

We have a job that will destroy reconnaissance drones, FPV, will deliver BC and do other dangerous work. While operators will manage it from closed positions without risk, ”Poroshenko emphasized.
According to him, the PDTR mobile complex, the name of which is not yet declassified, solves several problems at the same time:
- protects the life of staff;
- performs tasks in logistics, transportation of the sink, evacuation of the wounded;
- Performs tasks for extraction and clearance.
Together with the manufacturer, we tested and settled on this model of work, which we plan to put in production. In parallel, on the basis of the training center of the Armed Forces, operators are prepared. According to Poroshenko, we are also working to ensure that more components for both PDTR and NRC are produced in Ukraine.
We need enemy innovations ahead, transfer all dangerous work in equipment and, thus, save our military. And if this robot can protect at least one military – this already means that we are not in vain, ”he added.
