The judge ordered United States President Donald Trump to continue considering the statements of migrants in the country under SO password programs.

US Federal Judge Indira Talvani ordered Donald Trump’s supervision of Donald Trump’s administration to continue the consideration of applications from migrants temporarily in the country as part of humanitarian password programs. This is stated in a decision made by the District Court in Boston, a Reuters report on Thursday, May 28th.

This decision will provide protection for thousands of migrants from Afghanistan, Latin America and Ukraine, which will be allowed to temporarily live in the United States for two years under programs introduced by the Joe Biden Administration.

Earlier, the same judge forbids the Trump administration to cancel the “password” for the hundreds of thousands of cubans, the Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelan. The administration appealed this decision to the US Supreme Court.

Judge Talvani, who was appointed by the 46th President Barack Obama, rejected the Trump administration’s arguments that he had extensive power in the field of transfer policy and could cancel these programs.

In his decision, he noted that the federal law was deciding units of the U.S. Department of Internal Security to comply with the established procedure when providing or refusing the password program or other immigration assistance.

The US department of internal security has avoided comments.

The lawsuit argues suspensions of applications from Ukrainian, Afghan, Cuban, Haitian, Nicaraguan and Venezuelan Migrants to request access to the United States under the password procedure or have this status and seek to submit an application for another – for example, asylum or temporary protection.

The decision recalls the policy introduced by the Trump administration immediately after the inauguration of January 20. The temporary head of the Ministry of Internal Security Benjamin Guffman published a memorandum, who ordered units to stop or cancel all password programs category, because, in his opinion, it contradicted the law.

The court’s decision in conjunction with another blow to Trump’s policy – the USA Trading Court of the same day blocked the introduction of new duties that the administration started.

Earlier it was reported that the US administration launched an application for migrants’ self -deportation.

Keep in mind that Donald Trump is in the post of the President of the United States signed a command in the revision of the process of providing citizenship to children born in the country.

The United States Supreme Court has allowed to dispose of migrants under the law of the 18th -century
