The accidental barrier to the performance of the official duties of military personnel is a serious offense, emphasized by the military.
The order of land forces (SV) of the armed forces of Ukraine (armed forces) recalled responsibility for citizens due to increasing cases of imposition of legitimate activities by military personnel by territorial and social support centers (TCC and SP). This is stated in a statement by the SV Armed Forces on their official Facebook page.
“Recently, the number of video materials organizing the conscious -tao barrier to TCC and SP soldiers’ activities has significantly increased dramatically on the Internet and on social networks, and some citizens openly encourage others of such actions,” the military said.
They emphasized that any deliberate barriers to the performance of official duties of military personnel, including threats, moral pressure, use of physical force or injury to cars, is a serious offense and qualified under Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. For such actions, the penalty is given for imprisonment from 5 to 8 years.
TCC and SP play a major role in ensuring the capabilities of Ukraine’s defense, especially during martial law and mobilization, which helps to protect the state from external and internal threats, noted by land forces.
“Now that we are rebooting the work of TCC and SP, do everything so that it can be clear and open. At the same time, the barrier to the work of these structures can have serious consequences for national security. This is especially true for our present, when the country is in the legal regime of martial law. They are overcome so -called.
