Germany and Denmark promote the acceleration and transfer of certain methods for the provision of asylum outside the EU.
The Minister of Internal Internal Alexander Dobrindt expressed his intent to tighten the country’s transfer policy following the Denmark example. He said this after a meeting with the Minister for Migration Dania Kaare Dubvad Bek, reports Bild.
“Denmark has shown how, with the help of strict steps, one can overcome the polarization of society,” Dobrindt emphasized.
In 2024, only about 2,300 statements for asylum were submitted to Denmark. This has made it possible thanks to a strict system: there are temporary permits for staying, minimum social payments, difficult registration, and in the event of violations – moving to the deportation center. In addition, police have the right to remove asylum applicants for important matters before paying for help.
Denmark pays special attention to work. 82% of the ability to avoid Ukrainians is working in the country, while in Germany – little more than 30%. Copenhagen believes it accelerates language learning and integration.
Dobrindt also emphasized that Berlin and Copenhagen advocates are accelerating asylum procedures, as well as for transferring some of such processes outside the European Union. Denmark, unlike other neighbors, does not criticize Germany for strict border control.
Remember that since 2024 in Germany will reduce social benefits for all refugees.
Germany Christian Lindner finance minister stated On Social Network X, which will not only accelerate the financial situation of lands and comments, but also “weaken the attractive power of the state of German society for migrants.”
