According to him, Ukraine will sign a grain agreement with Turkey and the UN, and Russia will sign a mirror document with them.
“There is no transport escort of Russian ships and the presence of representatives in our ports. In case of provocations, an immediate military response. All inspections of transport ships will be carried out by general groups in water if there is such a need.
