Law enforcement officers reported suspicion in the military personnel of the shopping center Kharkiv and SP, who, checking the documents on the street, hit the person – local history teacher.
Law enforcement officers said that during the monitoring of social networks on May 11, they found a video in which men in military uniform applied physical force to a citizen during the verification of documents.
Subsequently, it was found that the incident occurred in Harkiva during the work of the mobile group of notifications of the military.
Communication with a local resident between him and one of the employees of the territorial center of completion and social support arose a verbal conflict during which a military man hit a person, the police said.
The victim, who was a teacher of local history, appealed to the police with a statement about the crime, after which law enforcement officials began a criminal case in accordance with part of the first part of art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – hooliganism.
