Russia’s side is not interested in delaying memorandum preparation with Ukraine. This was said by the Kremlin Dmitry Peskov’s press secretary in a briefing on Wednesday, May 21.

“No one is interested in the delay in the process, everything is dying -new to work. We will let you know,” he said.

According to Peskov, the work of the Memorandum project with Ukraine may not be public.

“It is understood that most of this work is carried out in discrete mode, and it should not be open to the public,” the Kremlin spokesperson added.
