Bolkhovskaya semiconductor devices in the region of the Russian Federation Orlovsk were attacked on the night of May 21.

The Bolkhov factory provides products at least 19 enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex associated with the production of Sukhoy, Iskander and Dagger missiles, in particular. According to the head of the Center for the Combat of Disinformation Andriy Kovalenko, this company produces chips used in:
- T-72B3, T-90M tanks;
- Self -saved howitzers;
- Iskander rocket and X-101;
- Systems of the Republic of Beauty and Resident;
- Tactical means of communication at the army level.
