The plant of semiconductor devices in the city of Bolkhov, the Russian Oryol region, as a result of an attack of drones, received damage. This is expressed by the Russian service Air Force.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation says that on the night of May 20 to 21, 127 drones were shot in more than nine regions of Russia and the Black Sea, and later reported the alleged destruction of another 32 UAV.
51 drone allegedly shot in the region of Bryansk, 53 drones above the oryol, over Kursk – 37 drones, left – above Moscow, Vladimir, Ryazan, Belgorod, Poetry, Kaluga regions, as well as the Black Sea.
In the Oryol region, drones hit the target in the city of Bolkhov, according to some reports – at the Bolkhovsky factory of semiconductor devices, witnesses to social networks wrote about it.
Social networks note that the bolkhovsky plant of semiconductor devices is still burning after the drone attack. At least three hits were recorded in the territory of the Russian Military Enterprise of the military -Industrial Complex.
Russian telegram channels reported that late at night on Tuesday, residents of the city of Aleksin of the Poet region heard six explosions, after which there was a massive mobile communication and internet failure.
Oryol regional governor Andrei Klychkov and the head of the poem region Dmitry Milavev say “no destruction and injured as a result of an attack of drones.”
However, Klychkov added that, according to updated information, as a result of the massive UAV enemy attack in the city of Bolkhov, many private residential buildings and the development of the Bolkhovsky plant of semiconductor devices were damaged. In the incident, the work was carried out to eliminate the consequences of attacking.
In addition, the Federal Air Transport Agency announced at night the temporary closure of the Kaluga airport. It was later announced by the introduction of similar steps to two more regional centers of the Russian Federation – Yaroslavl and Kostroma.
The bolkhovsky plant of semiconductor devices produces components for military equipment. The company is under the US penalty.
