The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a new procedure, which allows you to register the periods of official work abroad for retirement retirement by age.
From now on, this applies not only to the countries with which Ukraine has an international treaty, but also to those countries with which there is no such consent.
According to the new order, the duration of service received abroad is included in the purpose of the age pension on the basis of official documents from the country of residence. We are talking about excerpts, certificates and other documents confirming that the period of work was enrolled in the pension system of another country.
If you officially worked abroad, you can submit documents that confirm them (extracts, links, etc.), and when registering a pension pension in Ukraine, it will be taken into account that your duration of the Chernishov service.
If the documents are not enough, the pension fund will contact the competent authorities of other countries through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
We recognize the contribution of every citizen who, even outside the state, continues to work, maintains contact with his homeland and plans his future in Ukraine, ”Chernishov commented on innovation.
According to him, before this period of official employment abroad, they were taken into account only in cases where an appropriate international agreement was signed between Ukraine and another state, which regulates the procedure for receiving insurance experience. This significantly limited the range of citizens who may apply for a retirement of retirement upon returning to Ukraine.
