The winner of the election was recognized as a centrist and the pro -European candidate, mayor of Bucharest Nikushor Dana. 53.6% of voters (more than 6.1 million Romanians) voted for. And for the leader of the nationalist alliance of the Romanian Union, George Simion gave votes 46.4% of citizens (about 5.3 million voters). This was reported by Digi24.
