Negotiations between Ukrainian and Russian delegations in Istanbul today, May 16, have reached a fundamental agreement on the new meeting.
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan announced this in his social network X Network X.
He noted that the parties also agreed:
- exchange prisoners in 1000 per 1000 format as an indicator of a strengthening of trust;
- To translate the other side in writing, the conditions of the ceasefire.
As Türkiye, we will continue to make every effort to make a long world between Russia and Ukraine possible, the Turkish minister added.
