It was noted that the court considered the continuation of the preventive measure yesterday, May 14, but could not determine its replacement or continuation:
- Prior to the meeting, Shufrich himself said that the hearing of the preparatory court about the virtues that lasted nine months would have to start again, since the presiding judge was replaced. The deputy people considers this to be “tightened” by the process;
- For their part, the judges college noted that the presiding judge was replaced, since the previous one was on a business trip in Poland until May 17;
- Against this background, one of Shufrich’s lawyers asked the court to postpone the meeting because he sees no reason to replace the presiding judge, and they say that his return from a business trip can be “just waiting”.
