Ukraine government officials who will take part in Russian negotiations are coming to Istanbul today, May 15. This was announced by the advisor of the President of the Ukraine for Communications Dmitry Litvin, RBC-Ukraine report.
“Ukrainian representatives plan to be in Istanbul today later at night,” he said.

On the morning of May 15, the Russian Federation’s delegation arrived in Istanbul, led by the assistant to the head of Kremlin Vladimir Putin Vladimir Medinsky. This includes representatives of various ministers and little known experts.
Russia’s side said it was willing to continue the negotiation process in Istanbul, as well as discuss “possible compromises.”
