The investigative judge of the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court extended the former head of the regional center of medical and social examination of Khmelnitsky until July 13, 2025.
At the same time, the amount of pledge for the suspect was reduced to 112 million 36 thousand people. This was announced today, May 15, the press service of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court.
It is noted that in the event of a suspect’s collateral, a number of procedural duties will be entrusted:
- come to the investigator, prosecutor or court;
- Do not leave the borders of Khmelnitsky without the permission of the investigator, prosecutor or court;
- to refrain from communicating with employees of the Khmelnitsky Regional Center for Medical and Social Experience and Persons who submitted an application for a medical and social examination at the regional center of medical and social expertise KNZO Kkhmelnitsky on issues related to the circumstances of the criminal proceedings;
- To notify the investigator, prosecutor or the court that they changed their place of residence;
- To submit a foreign passport, other documents that give the right to leave Ukraine and enter Ukraine, with the exception of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine.
The former head of the regional center of medical and social experience of Kkhmelnitsky is suspected of illegal enrichment in art. 368–5 of the Criminal Code.
On October 4, 2024, DBR announced the exhibition of the head of the regional Khmelnitsky MSEC Tatiana Croup and her son Alexander, an official of the chief directorate of the Pension Fund in the Khmelny region, for illegal enrichment.
On October 7, the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv chose the crop in the form of detention until December 3, with the possibility of bail of 500 million US dollars. Since then, the court has continued a large measure of restraint several times, reducing the amount of pledge.
