Great Britain and Germany will coexist a new weapon of a “deep high explosion” with a range of over 2000 km. This was reported by the Reuters News Agency.
The project was based on last year by obligation to develop new weapons, when both countries signed a bilateral defense pact and emphasized the need for Europe to protect themselves from any addition of war in Ukraine.
British Ministry of Defense John Gilly and his German colleague Boris Pistorius will announce a new project for long -range artillery at a meeting in Berlin.
“This collaboration helps us to make a growth engine – creating jobs, advanced training and attracting investments across Great Britain and Germany,” Gilly said on the eve of the meeting.
There are no further details about project terms and budgets.
Ministers will also discuss the joint purchase of torpedo for the Marine Patrol reconnaissance aircraft, and will also announce a German purchase agreement of British military bridges.
Remember that last year in August was found about the defense agreement between Great Britain and Germany, the goal of which was “to put together threats together.”
