Two people were confined this weekend, the third – on Tuesday. The arrests took place in the Constanta, Cologne and the Switzerland territory.
The suspects were Ukrainians Vladislav T., Danil B. and Evgeny B., they will be charged with “intelligence activity for the purpose of sabotage.” They have come to terms with “arson in aggressive conditions” and arrange an explosion of explosive devices by conquering Russia’s special services.

Agency’s pyramid
The law enforcement agencies suggest that the operation along the area worked on the principle of the “Agent Pyramid”. He had been trapped as part of the investigation, and before he received a sentence in Poland for Cybercrime and money laundering (for the summer of 2024, the sentence was not yet final, so the man was in large).
Investigators believe that the Ukrainian recruit, in the direction of the curator, will have to go to Lithuania, there to pick up the parcels to the indicated area and activate the timers. Ultimately, the Ukrainian in Lithuania gave packages to a certain Alexander. On July 19, 2024, he sent two parcels under a fictional name of fiction that would accept London and Birmingham by DHL, and two more -the DPD service in Poland.
Alexander from Lithuania is already confined. Ukrainian citizen Vyacheslav, who sent “trials” parcels to Canada and USA, was also confined. They were accused of sabotage activities through Russia’s adherence to Russia, though they were considered a small “disposable” agent.
Investigators also went to people who were probably responsible for operational planning.
Russian Alexander B. is confined to the end of 2024 in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In Poland, he is accused of “coordinating sabotage works”, and Big believes he can prepare Moldovan citizens to arrange protests in Moldova.
Also in the focus of attention – Colonel Gru Denis Smolyaninov, which in December 2024 was under EU penalties. Smolyaninov allegedly returned in 2014 investigating the question of how GRU could create problems for air movement by creating communication barriers of pilots with dispaters.
