BUSINESS IN ISTANBUL: The Russian Federation announces the composition of the delegation

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin on Wednesday night, May 14, approved the composition of the delegation for negotiations in Ukraine in Turkey on May 15, but the Kremlin’s own is not on the list. This is proven by the publication of the Kremlin Press Service

The delegation was led by Vladimir Medinsky, a assistant to Putin, who in 2022 was the leader of the Russian negotiation group, when the Ukrainian and Russian delegates were identified in Istanbul.

Also included in the delegation:

• Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Mikhail Galuzin,

• Igor Kostyukov, head of the main director of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation,

• Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Alexander Fomin.

The document also indicates the list of “experts” for negotiations:

• First Deputy Head of the Department Department of the General Staff of the Russian Federation Alexander Zorin;

• Deputy Head of Directorate of President of the Russian Federation for State Policy at Humanitarian Sphere Elena Preureeva;

• Director of the second Department of CIS countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia Alexei Polishchuk;

• Deputy head of the main director of the International Military Cooperation of the Ministry of Defense of Russia Vladimir Shevtsov.
