The European Council Ministers Committee officially launched the process of creating a special tribunal on the Russian Federation crime invasion against Ukraine. The corresponding decision was made at a meeting in Luxembourg, the European Council’s press service on Wednesday, May 14, said.
“The European Council Minister Committee has confirmed the Ukraine’s unstable promise to justice and rebuilding, which begins with the process of creating a special tribunal in the aggression crime,” the report said.
In this regard, the ministers ordered the Secretary of the General Council of Europe Alena Berse to lead the process of creating a special tribunal for the crime of invasion within the framework of the European council by the conclusion of an agreement with Ukraine.
