The decision of the Court of Appeal is final and not subject to appeal. Organizers should stop the protest.

The Poland court forbid the protest of carriers that interrupted the passage of yagodin-dorogusk on the border with Ukraine. RMF24 reported this on Tuesday, May 13.

Earlier, the mayor of Doroguska prohibited carriers to block the border. On May 12, the district court in Lublin allowed the rally, which the mayor challenged.

The case is considered on May 13 at a closed Court of Appeal meeting in Lublin. The court changed the controversial decision in such a way that it confirmed the mayor of Dorogusk to prohibit action.

The decision of the Court of Appeal is final and not subject to appeal. This means that the meetings of the meeting should stop protest.

“We are waiting for official information. If we get this, of course, it will follow the court’s decision, because we are working within the framework of the law,” said Rafal Mekler, protest repair.

Remember, on May 12, Poland carriers blocked the passage of yagodin-dorogusk to the border with Ukraine. Kyiv called on Warsaw on active actions and negotiations with Poland carriers.
