On April 24, Baks took into custody an exception to the state financial service of Roman Nasirov and increased the amount of collateral from UAH 27 to 40 million.
Recall that Roman Nasirov tried to mobilize in the Armed Forces during the court hearing in the case, where he takes place as the main suspect in corruption.
According to the investigation, Nasirov received more than 722 million US dollars in the mediation of his adviser to help with VAT -GRO, owning VAT in the amount of more than 3.2 billion hryvnias.
On April 9 this year, Nasirov did not appear at the wax meeting, because, according to his lawyers, he mobilized in the Armed Forces.
The next day, the military law enforcement service said that the order to call the Nasirov was canceled. After that, the SAP prosecutor asked the court to appoint a more stringent measure for Nasirov.
