The defense forces of Ukraine produced a large part of the Ukrainian territories in the Kharkiv region.
The militants of the 13th brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine “Hartia” in cooperation with other units of defense forces completed a large-scale operation to free the forest north of the lips. The total area of the decorative region is more than 200 hectares. On May 8, the team of the Charter reported on Facebook.
Until the day of memories and victories over Nazism in the Second World War, the 13th brigade of NSU Hartia released the forest north of the lips, which the Russians called Berlin, the report said.
The guards said that offensive actions lasted five and a half months – the operation began in November 2024. The defenders managed to push the Russians from Harkiv and restore control of the important natural and tactical significant area of the district.
During these battles, the enemy lost almost 1 thousand 500 soldiers, more than 200 weapons and 175 pieces of equipment of the dead and wounded.
It was noted that the breakthrough of the Russian defense and the capture of the bridgehead at the initial stage of the operation were carried out by the joint forces of charter units and the 92nd separate assault brigade named after the Cossack ataman Ivan Sirko.
We will recall that the other day in one of the directions of the first three Ukrainian fighters pushed the storm of the whole platoon of the Armed Forces of Russia. If the enemy seized these positions, he would open his way further.
