According to him, India, Nicaragua and South Africa will represent “a relatively high level.”
Ushakov said the SCO general secretaries, the CIS, the CST, the CSTO, the Islamic cooperation organization, the Union State of Russia and Belarus, the African Union Commission, and the President of the New Development Bank, were also invited to participate in parade and celebration.
The parade has planned the presence of veterans from several foreign countries, in particular Armenia, Israel, Mongolia and the USA.
According to Ushakov, along with their army, the invaders will walk along with Red Square military personnel of 13 countries.
