In accordance with the procedural leadership of the regional prosecutor’s office of Ivano-Frankivsky, suspicion was reported in a group of persons who participated in the information and psychological operations of the Russian Federation. He was charged with obstacles in the legitimate activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forms (part 1 of Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, three citizens are residents of Kyiv, Dnipro and Khmelnytskyi helped the invaders conduct propaganda aimed at discrediting the leadership of the state and violation of mobilization processes.
On the task of the Russian Federation, the suspects performed SO, called a special operation, “Ukraine disappears.” They distribute destructive calls recorded with the participation of Ukrainian prisoners of war in the Kursk region, which were forced to voice disinformation.
In particular, the video urged the military to expose weapons, raise the riots in the army and not fulfill the task of the command of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
Currently, the suspect has chosen a preliminary measure of detention without a bail.
