In Kyiv, a foreigner who killed 11 people was convicted of life.

It is noted that the 38-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan has deprived the lives of three women and eight men for six years. Another victim tried to kill, but could not finish the plan.
For the most part, his victims were people without permanent residence that a person met, consumed alcohol, and then killed. Their bodies were found, but it was extremely difficult to establish the causes of death, ”said the prosecutor’s office.
The attacker was detained in Kyiv in January 2024. He went to a flower shop in the Zhlosivsky area and inflicted more than 30 beats. After that, he took her gold jewelry and fled. In committing this murder, a man admitted and began to talk in detail about such crimes. In particular:
- In 2018, in Harkiva, a convicted person worked in one of the markets, where he killed a familiar ax, causing more than 30 strokes on the head and torso. He threw an ax, documents and a phone into the stove, taking money for himself. After that, he went to Kyiv;
- In August 2019, after using alcoholic beverages, he killed a previously familiar homeless person near the Demivskaya metro station. The convicted person hit his feet and hands, then grabbed the stone and hit eight more blows on the head;
- In early September 2019, a foreigner saw a sleeping person in places who did not have a permanent place of residence. The day before they had a verbal conflict, so a convicted piece of concrete nearby hit him on the head of his acquaintance. The victim died of injuries;
- In January 2020, drinking alcohol with three men – his father and his sons, in the basement of the house in the area of the Obolon, the convicted one hit everyone, in turn with a strap on his pants while they were sleeping;
- At the end of June 2021, in the area of Svyatoshinsky, the convict turned to the cleaner and hit his head. When he fell and lost consciousness, he planned to finish it, but saw people nearby, so he stole money and left the city. He did not announce the injury of the police;
- In June 2023, after the acquaintance and joint use of alcoholic beverages on the territory of the Babin -Yar tract, the convicted woman strangled his hands;
- In early July, 2023, near the metro station, Pochyuna, a man met his compatriot. They went to celebrate acquaintance, and then the convict took a piece of sheets on which the victim was asleep, and made a loop from him so that the murder looked like suicide;
- A few days later, in the area of the Obolon, he strangled a woman who asked him to help him find out the further route that he needed for her;
- In mid -2023, the convict met in a supermarket with an elderly person who took in an abandoned building and strangled with a denim fabric in the Peter and Paul Borschegivka. After that, he threw the body of deceased garbage.
Each victim remembered well and hoped that detailed stories and recognition would soften the proposal. The court, taking into account the arguments of the prosecutors, appreciated the evidence provided and found a person guilty of indictment and imposed the maximum punishment, the prosecutor’s office said.
The foreigner was found guilty of intentional murder and robbery (Articles 115, 187 of the Criminal Code). He was sentenced to a sentence of life imprisonment in the form of life imprisonment.
