WASHINGTON – Republicans last month taunted Supreme Court candidate Katanji Brown Jackson for refusing to use the word “woman” while listening to her confirmation in the Senate.
But it turns out that Republicans themselves on the Judiciary Committee disagree on how to define a woman, and some can’t – or won’t – determine when HuffPost requested it on Tuesday.
“I’m not going to tell you anything about it,” Senator John F. Kennedy (R-La.) Said.
“I’m not going to kidnap you,” Senator John Cornyn (R-Texas) said.

In a follow-up email to HuffPost, a Blackburn spokeswoman said the woman’s definition was “two X chromosomes.”

Asked later if he would consider a woman as a woman if she lost her reproductive organs due to cancer, Heuly replied, “I mean, a woman has a penis, right?”
Cruz, when asked, immediately replied that a woman is a “grown man woman”.
He denied finding it recently in the dictionary.
“I just spoke English,” Cruz said, adding, “Homo sapiens has two X chromosomes.”
