Sibiga noted that Russia can demonstrate its true readiness for peace negotiations, agreeing with the real cessation of the ceasefire for at least 30 days.
If Russia is ready for the 60- or 90-day ceasefire, we are also ready, ”the minister emphasized.
Russia must stop talking about its readiness for the world and begin to act, unconditionally agreeing to a real and long ceasefire. When the weapon is silent, you can start negotiations in any format that will bring the world, ”he said.
