Today, April 30, the Kyiv district court in Shevchenkivsky was detained by the director of the Pavlograd chemical plant Leonid Shiman.
He is the third suspect in the case of defective mines that were chosen today. This was reported in the telegram of the center to combat corruption.
The investigative judge of the Shevchenkivsky court satisfied the request of the investigator SBU and was detained by the director of the chemical plant Pavlograd Leonid Sman. He will wake up in the detention center until June 27, 2025, ”said CPC.
It is noted that Shiman headed the plant since the presidency of Viktor Yanukovych. He too:
- the person involved in the Nabu case, who is accused of cruelty to the post, which led to the income from PCZ in the amount of 43.3 million USA;
- Suspicious of abuse of almost 28.5 million.
We will recall that earlier today the court also took into custody of the other two suspects in the case of defective mines.
