Council to the crowd in Vancouver: Driver is accused of killing 11 people

Almost two dozen people were injured, some of them were in critical condition, so the number of dead could increase.

The prosecutors charged the 30-year-old Vancouver resident of the killing of at least 11 people and the wounds of dozens after he fell to the crowd at the festival on April 26. It was reported by Reuters.

Kai-Ji Adam Luo has been accused of eight points of killing a second degree, and expects further accusations.

Luo appeared in court several hours after police arrested him at the site of the incident on April 26’s night. Authorities said there was no evidence of terrorism.

Police said nearly two dozen people were injured, some of them were in critical condition, and warned that the number of dead could rise in the coming days and weeks.

Remember that the tragedy took place on the night of April 26 in Vancouver. The car flies to a lot of people at a festival dedicated to the day of Lapu-Lapu. 11 people were killed, more than 20 were injured.
