The US Federal Bureau of Investigations arrested the Miluoki District District Judge, Hannah Dugan on charges that prevent an immigrant detention. On Friday, April 25, the Washington Post reported.
FBI director Kash Patel told Social Network X that Dugan was deliberately misleading agents when they tried to stop the migrant that should appear in court in another case.
The judge noted the agents and helped the accused with his lawyer leave the building through a private discharge. As a result, the agents stopped the person after the foot chasing, but Patel said the judge’s actions had threatened public security.
Dugan was charged with preventing a person’s justice and hiding from the arrest, released him under a personal obligation to the next court hearing.
