Russian oil supply to India will be returned to normal levels after falling in February to a 14-month minimum.

India is buying Russian oil, which has become cheaper. The average sunny amount of oil obtained in April could have reached 2.15 million barrels, Bloomberg wrote.

This has been mentioned as the highest value since May 2023. After the introduction of penalties in January, Indian oil refinement companies refused to accept Russian tanks, but a strong increase in shipment rates led to the route of Indian vessels that were not in the black list of western countries. Therefore, delivery began to grow in March – by 11% compared to February.

Remember that in February, Russian Federation oil companies faced growing oil supply problems in India after penalties in the US, which fell into Gazprom NEFT, Surgutneftegaz and more than 180 “Shadow” Fleet Tanks.
