Citizens for citizens for national resistance will appear in Ukraine.
The Cabinet of Ministers supported the resolution that approves the creation of such centers in all areas. This resolution approves the procedure for creating and functioning centers, as well as requirements for their activities. This was reported on April 18 at the presidential office.
According to the deputy chairman of the OP Irina Vereshchuk, the preparation of civilians for countering the enemy is an integral part of the defense of Ukraine and one of the enemy restriction factors.
It is currently known that the heads of centers will appoint regional councils on the proposal of regional military administrations. OVA will control, control and evaluate the activities of centers. All information will be presented to the Ministry of Defense every quarter.
It is noted that the forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will approve the standard training program. The posts of the heads of centers and instructors will primarily appoint veterans of the Russian-Kuvran war. In addition, teachers will undergo training and certification in higher education.
We recall that on April 18, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed laws on the continuation of 90 days of martial law and general mobilization – until August 6, 2025.
