Petro Poroshenko began to file a lawsuit for the abolition of NSDC sanctions.
On Thursday, April 17, a collegium of five judges of the administrative court of cassation in the framework of the Supreme Court began consideration by the claim of Poroshenko against President Vladimir Zelensky, according to the authorized decision. Deputy Irina Gerashenko reported this to Facebook.
According to her, the Ministry of Justice appealed to the court to make sure that the meeting would be completely closed. Currently, representatives of the embassies, deputies from European Solidarity and the press are present in court.
All this is an inexpressible shame for Zelensky and the authorities, who fights with a democratic opposition and its leader, instead of focusing on wars against Putin of Russia, ”the People’s Deputy emphasized.
We will recall that in February, Volodymyr Zelenskyy President decided to decide the National Security and Defense Council against the Fifth President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. Sanctions provide for deprivation of state awards, blocking assets and the right to use and dispose of them, restriction of trade operations. There is also a ban on the acquisition of land, etc.
The leader of the European Party of Solidarity called the decision of the banks “anti -constitutional” and “politically motivated.”
