The deputy head of the state administration of the city of Kyiv was already informed of suspicion in the framework of the second part of art. 332 (illegal crossing of persons along the entire state border of Ukraine, committed by an official using the office) and part 3 art. 362 (unauthorized actions with information that is processed in electronic computers (computers), automated systems, computer networks or stored in the carrier of such information, a perfect person who has the right to get to it) of the Criminal Code.
