The government will not increase the salary of kindergartens. Such a response to the application to increase the wages of kindergartens up to 15 thousand years was provided in the cabinet of ministers.
The government also noted that the decision to increase the salary of kindergartens should be made by each local government, taking into account the existing financial capabilities of the local budget.
The government emphasized that according to the law, the founders of state and communal kindergartens have the right to establish salaries, allowances, benefits and additional monetary rewards in an amount exceeding the amount determined by the Cabinet of Ministers.
The government also recalled that local authorities of independent self -government are recommended to establish an addition to work in adverse working conditions for pedagogical staff of educational institutions and educational institutions that are stored in the corresponding local budget.
At the same time, in response to the petition, it is said that the Ministry of Education and Science is currently being developed as a result of the projection of a resolution, which provides for an increase in categories of tariffs for some categories of employees of preschool institutions.
At the same time, Deputy Minister of Education Anastasia Konovalva, commenting on the signing of the petition, noted that in 2025 it was impossible to change the state budget.
The petition of preschool teachers about the immediate increase in their salaries to 15,000 hryvnias a month gains 25 thousand signatures. He was registered on the web site of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. He received the number of signatures necessary for his consideration a little less than 2 months.
The author of the petition emphasized the negligence of the caring of high responsibility, because now the teacher of the kindergarten of the 12th tariff category receives about 7,000 hryvnis per month.
The author also indicates an unfair gap in the salaries of teachers and school teachers, a lack of personnel related to low payment, and overload of the remaining employees, which leads to a decrease in the quality of preschool education.
