The Council has simplified the mechanism for writing off military property.
People’s deputies on April 15 as a whole approved bill No. 12373.
321 parliamentarian voted. This bill will simplify the recording of military property, which became unsuitable during martial law, and if it was destroyed or damaged during hostilities.
He simplifies the procedure for writing off property, which became unsuitable for use, was destroyed or damaged during martial law. This will unload the commanders of military units who will devote more time to the preparation and implementation of military missions, which are a priority during the war, says in an explanatory bill.
Currently, all military property (except for small arms and real estate) can be written off without permits for higher leadership or law enforcement agencies – if its total value does not exceed 100 thousand unlucky minimum revenues of citizens (UAH 1.7 million).
If the value of military property written in one law exceeds 100,000 non -taxable minimums, then such a law should be approved by the commander or other manager subordinate to the military unit who writes property.
The official investigation that should find out why military property was destroyed, lost, damaged, spoiled, less valuable, etc., will not be fulfilled if the damage occurred from the enemy’s actions or during a fight or a special task.
