The Institute of National Memory was recognized by the satrist Mikhail Chenetsk propaganda of the Russian Imperial Policy
Objects dedicated to the Chwannetan, Ukrainian Institute of National Memory, recognized as belonging to the symbolism of Russian imperial policy.
According to the conclusion of the institute, although the artist was born in Odessa, most of his life and work were connected with St. Petersburg and Moscow. In addition, the creative heritage of Chwannetsk is exclusively Russian, and its contribution to Russian culture is repeatedly awarded by honorary titles and state awards of the country of aggressor.
The National Institute of Memory noted that in 2019, the satirist visited the occupied Crimea, where he starred in the film “Hard of Odessa” at the request of the Russian-1 propaganda channel. The main roles in it were played by Fedor Dobronravov and Mikhail Porechenko, who were included in the “list of persons who pose a threat to the national security of Ukraine.”
On the basis of the above, the creative activity of the Chevetsky Mikhail Mikhailovich (1934–2020)-the Soviet and Russian writer is not related to the development of Ukrainian culture, at the same time fully corresponds to the definition of Russian in the understanding of the law. The appointment of the name of M. Chvanets with geographical objects, the names of legal entities and property rights, objects of toponymy, as well as the creation of monuments and memorials in Ukraine in Ukraine are the implementation of Russian imperial policy aimed at imposing the Russian language, Russian culture.
We will recall that last summer the Boulevard of Chevetsky in Odessa was renamed the fleet Boulevard.
