Analysts calculate Russian Federation costs to recruit people for war with Ukraine

If the current speed is preserved, by the end of the year, the Russian ark will cost 730 billion rubles, which is equal to half the annual budget of the entire higher education system in the country (1.5 trillion rubles a year).
