“Our planning is true and significant. Our plans are well developed,” said British Minister John Gili, who noticed that the development was reached by repeating negotiations.
European officials say that currently about six countries, including the UK, France and the Baltic countries, said they could be given troops.
The main problem for European allies trying to create any plan is that they do not know about the efforts of the United States including Russia to stop hate.
