Beijing has called on the United States to immediately correct its “wrong skills” and cancel all tariff steps.
The Chinese government announced the introduction of an additional 50% fee for imports from the United States from April 10, which corresponds to the additional fees introduced by American President Donald Trump in response to Beijing’s past actions. The total PRC tariff level for goods from the United States reached 84%. It was reported on the website of the Ministry of Finance of China on Wednesday, April 9.
“China encourages the United States to immediately correct its wrong skills, cancel all tariff steps against China and properly resolve disagreements with China through an equal dialogue based on respect for one another,” the report said.
In addition, the PRC’s Ministry of Community said it added 12 American companies to the Control Control List and 6 American companies – the “unreliable” list.
Remember that from April 9, the United States has increased importing duties for Chinese goods to a level of 104%. This happened after US president Donald Trump said that from now on it will introduce an additional 50% fee against China if Beijing does not cancel 34% duties, introduced to American products last week.
