The negotiations are concentrated exclusively in the work of the two embassies, and not in the relationships as a whole, the Secretary of the State of the Bruce Department has assured.
The U.S. Department of the United States announced a new circulation of Russian negotiations on the normalization of the work of the embassy, held on Thursday, April 10, in Turkish Istanbul. This is stated in the briefing of State Department’s Press Secretary Temmy Bruce.
He noted that at the time of negotiations, the United States and Russia’s delegation would try to “achieve the development of further stabilizing the work of our bilateral missions.”
Bruce emphasized that on the agenda of negotiations in Istanbul there are no political or safe issues, in particular Ukraine.
“These negotiations are concentrated exclusively in the work of our embassies, and not in the normalization of bilateral relationships in general, which can occur, as mentioned, just after the establishment of peace and Ukraine,” said the State Department’s press secretary.
Remember that U.S. ambassador Dorothy Shi, in a speech at a UN Security Council’s instruction, said Washington did not tolerate incredible negotiations at the end of the war or violation of a Truce in Ukraine.
In the Russian Federation, the second cycle of negotiations in the United States has been announced
