The authors of the bill suggest that they do not obey the calls during mobilization, among other things: students of vocational educational institutions and candidates for professional higher education, who began training under the age of 25 and who study the daily or double form of education.
The military service is also provided, doctors and doctors (pharmacists) – burials, doctors – residents are offered (these provisions apply to education candidates in educational institutions (scientific institutions) of Ukraine, which are the first education).
Amendments to the law provides that they will receive a delay and teachers with a scientific degree, even if they do not have the status of a scientific and pedagogical worker. There is also a delay for teachers of extracurricular education who conduct circles (environmental naturalist, technical, military-patriotic). They will be able to get a delay if they work until January 1, 2025, and now at the main place of work.
Nevertheless, the changes imply that the delay will not be able to receive men over 25 years old who study at the same or lower level of education for the second time. He also does not give the right to delay and studies abroad after February 24, 2022.
