The carrier recommends that passengers add their actual email to their own accounts in the application and on the UKRZALIZNYTSIA website, since new tickets are automatically duplicated by mail if it was indicated in the user profile.

On the evening of March 23, Ukrzaliznytsia announced a technical failure in an IT system. On March 27, the site and application were restored 89 hours after an unprecedented attack on the operational systems of key railways. But it was difficult to buy tickets on the Internet, so there were queues behind the box office.
