The College of Judge has canceled the judgment for the first time and released a new verdict, condemning KYIV’s DNIEPER District Court’s ex-Sudu for eight and a half years in prison.
The Supreme Court’s appeal court of anti-corruption has reduced the penalty for the former judgment of the DNIEPER District Court of Kyiv, Nikolai Chaus, up to eight and a half years in prison. This was announced by Press Secretary of AP Vaks Ekaterina Didenko in the Ukrinform commentary on Thursday, April 3.
In the past, Chaus was convicted for ten years in prison.
“The College of Judge canceled the first time and released a new sentence, condemning Kyiv’s DNIEPER District Court’s ex -sudu for eight and a half years in prison. The decision entered the legal force from the moment of expression and could appeal to the Supreme Court,” Didenko said.
Remember that Nabu caught Chaus’s judge for a bribe of $ 150 thousand in 2016. He fled to Moldova, where in 2021 he was kidnapped. Chaus later appeared in Ukraine, after which Vax sent him under the arrest of the house, and then changed the availability of bail for more than 700 thousand UAH. On June 14, 2023, Vax appointed Kyiv’s DNIEPER District Court’s ex-Suder to Nicholas Chaus, a penalty for ten years in prison.
Occasionally on the telegrams, Chaus’s video was published.
Earlier it was reported that Nikolai Chaus was removed from the International Search for Interpol.
