Ador rebuts NJZ allegations (Newjeans) in a new audience

In a new hearing, the ador countered the arguments used by the NJZ (Newjeans) during the judicial dispute over the validation of contracts

This Thursday, 3, took place in South Korea the first hearing brought by the ador, Hybe’s subsidiary, against the five members of NJZ (Newjeans), seeking the validation of their exclusive contracts with the company.

As reflected by the portal Koreaboo, during the trial, as one of its arguments, the agency said that “it makes no sense” the allegation of artists that “they cannot promote without Min hee jin And that they should be together. Although it is true that Min hee jin contributed to the creation of NJZ, it makes no sense to say that they cannot exist without Min hee jin”.

In addition, the ador also stated that even without Hee Jinthey have all the sources needed to help the group continue to promote.

“Ador is a subsidiary of Hybe, the number one entertainment label in Korea, so it is absurd to say that they cannot find another producer. Considering that they prepared for the presentation in Hong Kong without the help of Min Hee Jin, it contradicts their allegations that they can’t do anything without it,” the company said.

It is worth remembering that, last month, the South Korean court reported that, as they are still in the middle of the contractual dispute, the NJZ (Newjeans) could not do independent work, as it was happening.

The initial decision was made after the ador came with an injunction alleging the violation of the exclusive contract of the members with the company, after the disclosure that the group would perform at Complexcon, from March 21 to 23 in Hong Kong.

With the determination of justice, on March 23, during its presentation at the festival, Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin and Hyein They announced that they will take a temporary break to respect the court’s decision. Through a statement read in English on stage, the artists said that “this may be our last presentation for a while,” but “that doesn’t mean we will give up … we’re just taking a step back.”

The case is still underway.
