“The United States should provide military assistance to Ukraine. Moreover, America should focus on what only the unique opportunities the United States can provide, while Europe should increase the share of support,” the military said.
Dan Kane born in 1968 was a retired American general, who held the deputy director’s position for military issues by the US Central Intelligence Administration from 2021 to 2024.
